The information in the TicketKiller documents will beat most radar, photo radar, laser, lidar, vascar, ESP, police vehicle paced, airplane paced and work zone speeding tickets. To make the system work, you must read and become familiar with the system material. Almost all comments that you must make in court are in simple "read from" form in the system to help you remain comfortable and confident in court. You must follow the instructions and read the scripts in court (there is even a script example for your closing statement). The instructions include getting a local document prior to trial (we show you where). We show you how you can find this document over the phone. You can then get a copy either by mail or in person depending on your time frame. Using the system, getting the document, and giving us your ticket number are the requirements for a refund (should fall into the 5% to 20% of our customers that do not prevail in court). A note here: If you read the simple script at your trial or hearing or in other words... state the TicketKiller legal references and case law in court and still lose, you have a nearly 90% chance of winning on appeal (if you choose to pursue your win). You do not have to appeal to qualify for the money back guarantee, we simply help you for free if you want to appeal a loss. Typically we help by giving you three appeal briefs (completed cases) where previous customers won on appeal. TicketKiller has helped 7 customers appeal and 6 of the 7 have won. We offer up to three of these briefs to any customer who chooses to appeal a loss. Each of these briefs can be verified as having won in a local court.

If you appear in court and follow the above, but don't beat your ticket, your money will be refunded. Refunds are made for the full $34 and issued promptly. For credit card orders, the refund will be applied to the same card that was used for purchase. PayPal orders will be applied back to the PayPal account that was used for purchase.

There are four catagories of tickets that may win their cases in court but have a reduced chance of winning and therefore are not covered by our money back guarantee. These are: 1) Tickets where the driver is accused of driving 99 miles per hour or more (we have helped people beat tickets for over 125mph). 2) Tickets where the driver is accused of driving double the posted speed limit or more. 3) Tickets where the customer purchases the system less than 48 hours before their court appearance date. 4) Although our school zone customers often prevail in court, the odds of winning this ticket in court are lower, perhaps 70%. Because of this we don’t offer a money back guarantee on school zone tickets. Again, we have many wins in all these catagories and we believe that our systems beat more of these types of tickets than attorneys or other systems but due to the reduced odds of winning we do not guarantee these three catagories for "money back". The system does prepare you for accusations of driving at high speed (1 and 2 above) to give those in this situation the best chance of winning. The system has been purchased in the past by customers who had less than 8 hours to prepare for court and yet completed preparation and beat their tickets. We have noticed however that customers who have less time generally do not prepare as well so we don't guarantee their win when there is less than 48 hours. The 48 hour rule is waived if you get a continuance and give yourself more than 48 hours to prepare for your trial. You do this by showing up in court and asking the judge for a continuance (a judge will want you to give a good reason). There are three main requirements for a refund. 1) You must have used the system and presented copies (from what we give you) of case law to the court . 2) You must email your ticket number to us within a week of purchase. 3) You send us the court receipt showing that you lost your case and that the charge you were found guilty of was speeding.

If requesting a refund, simply email us for the refund address then follow the directions listed in section 20 of your system. Although we are not proud of occasionally losing cases, we are proud of the fact that we pay qualified refunds.
