At our discretion, the owner will give a free phone consultation to customers. In regard to this phone service, please be considerate and keep phone consulting to 10 minutes or so by staying on point. Give a short (1 minute if possible) explanation of your situation. Answer any questions asked by the owner and then, most importantly…. listen and take notes. We strongly suggest that if you are requesting a phone consultation that you read your system ahead of time so that you are familiar with its techniques.
